About

East Coast based editor and filmmaker Shawn Beckwith is a graduate of the Canadian Film Centre Editors lab. With more than 20 years of experience, Shawn still enjoys spending his days collaborating with fun creative people on as many styles of films that he can edit. Recent collaboration includes Taylor Olson’s award-winning Feature Films “Bone Cage” and “Look at Me”, Bell Web Series “King and Pawn, Season 01 – 03”, and Taylor Olson’s Feature Film “What We Dreamed of Then” which will premiere in 2025.

In 2023 Shawn was nominated for “Outstanding Achievement in Editing” award from Screen Nova Scotia.
